Privacy policy

• Your account: your name, email, company and the stores you test.
• Your permission: a record that you confirmed you run each store, or have permission to test it, with the time and your internet address.
• Payments: what you bought and when. Dodo Payments takes the card details; we never see them.
• Test results: screenshots and notes from each shopping trip on your store’s public pages. They can show anything those pages show.
• Our own website: which of our pages are visited, so we can improve them. We don’t use advertising trackers.

To run the tests you book, send your reports and alerts, take payment, answer you, keep the service secure, and meet our legal duties. We don’t sell personal information or share it for advertising.

• Supabase, for our database and files, in the United States.
• Amazon Web Services, for running this website and the shopper, and for sending email, in the United States.
• Cloudflare, for our domain, security, and delivering this website.
• Google, for the AI model that drives the shopper.
• Dodo Payments, which sells on our behalf and handles payments and sales tax.

Screenshots: 90 days after each report. Your account and reports: while your account is open, and 30 days after you ask us to close it. Payment records: as long as tax law requires.

You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing privacy@shopperzero.com. We answer within 30 days. If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have these rights there too, and we don’t sell or share your personal information.

Shopper Zero is for businesses. It isn’t meant for anyone under 18.
