Terms of service
Last updated Oct 16, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and ZER0XCEPTION TECHNOLOGY LLP (“we”) for using Shopper Zero. By booking a test or starting a plan, you agree to them.
What Shopper Zero does
We send an AI shopper, an AI model using a real web browser, to try ordinary shopping tasks on an online store, and we report where it got stuck. The shopper stands in for consumer assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity; it isn’t one of them. Results show what our shopper saw on the day. They aren’t a promise about how any particular assistant will behave.
Only test stores you’re allowed to test
You must run the store, or have the owner’s permission to test it, and you confirm this when you book. Don’t use Shopper Zero on stores you aren’t allowed to test, to get past security, or to overload anyone’s website. We may pause a test and ask for proof of permission. The rules our shopper follows are on How our shopper behaves.
Prices and payment
- Agent Test, $149: a one-time charge for ten tasks, each run twice, with one free re-check within 14 days of the report.
- Agent Watch, $99 a month per store: charged when you start, then on the same day each month until you cancel.
- Full audit: priced and agreed in writing before we start.
- Dodo Payments sells on our behalf as the merchant of record, takes payment and charges any sales tax.
Canceling Agent Watch
You can cancel online at any time in your account, in two clicks. Agent Watch keeps running until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. We don’t refund part of a month.
Refunds
If a test doesn’t finish because of a problem on our side, we run it again at no cost, or refund you if you prefer. If we charge you by mistake, we refund it. Email hello@shopperzero.com within 30 days of the charge.
Your reports
Your reports are yours to use and share. Report links are private but open to anyone who has the link, so share them with care. We may use what we learn across tests, without naming any store, to improve the product and our published research.
Our responsibility
We work carefully, but Shopper Zero is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and contact
We’ll email account holders before a change to these terms takes effect. Questions: hello@shopperzero.com. Post: Postal address to be added before launch.
